so yeah,HAPPY  BIRTHDAY UNCLE HILARY!(by the way uncle hilary is celeste dad…)

colin,lizzi and i were invited to go for his birthday too.it was kinda a fancy dress party?liuke we had to wear things we never worn before,something ridiculous.

amazingly, colin was wearing skinnys,a shirt and a tie,but he actually looked quite good in it.

Lizzi,was Marilyn Monroe,including the blonde hair and the famous mole.

and celeste was a punk rocker,

and I…was wearing a vest without a shirt.with my new topman skinnys,topman belt,and vans shoes.

pretty cool the party was.like had this slideshow of uncle hilary through the years.

and there was a band,and bellydancers.and cameras,and FOOD

Joshua: 3 glasses of  tequila

i think was drunk,haha.i have never drunk that much in my life.so yeah.it was a good experience.but i think that drinking made me able to “dance”,cos like i dont dance?

so yeah,after that celeste parents sent us home.lizzi sent me up the lift,just in case i couldnt make it up.

then she kinda got stuck in the lift,for whatever reason.but,she’s still safe.haha

really a night to remember!

ok,so today was st pats open house…band had to perform for like,no one.open house,so little people came,not that i counted,but the amount of people watching us perform was absoulutely pathetic.

and we’re were suppose to start rehersing for the performance at 745,but yeah, thanks to the current main council,with their inability to decide things together,and come to a decision together,things were pretty screwed.ended up starting practice at 830.

well,for most of us.i was running around trying to do things the sec3 council should have done earlier on;getting the sec 1s organised,getting scores ready,and photocopied,and lastly organising the main band.

then i had to help the librarians photocopy scores,probably 40 odd pieces of paper were used…

and i finally managed to have 5 minutes of rehersing my part,and then it was time for performance,nto saying it went well,but better than expected.

and maybe a few other pieces.

sec ones played too,but their sound is seriously damn horrible.my batch were producing much better sounds than them,and playing harder pieces than them by now,and we had also started practicing for POP..theirs is the total opposite.its pretty scary listening to them,and knowing that their going to be seniors next year.my direct juniors are coming in next year,so this years sec ones seriously need to wake up their ideas and get their act together!

anyway, next year,my direct juniors are coming in,that is,my juniors that are 2 years younger than me, and thinking of them coming in is sometimes scary cos being a band major,i have this huge responsibility of taking charge of them.hopefully my council,the current one,can do the job,together with my batch.and its scary cos my directs need to be better than this years sec 1s,cos their directs havent taught them well,so their band quite suck la.so yeah we’re going to be better than our seniors,more organised and definitely more united.

 (i hate the current council in our batch,me,  peter and kent.they cant do shit..asyraf and ryan O were much better council mates)

today,i had to wake up at 630,so i could go to school for sectionals.we were supposed to start at 9am,but since everyone was late,we couldnt start on time and we started at 945am,then ryan garnell,shaqil and me ordered macs..and it came at 1020,and by that time we had already split up for individuals so i went to eat macs.stupid people never give straws or tissues…idiots.then i went back to do some serious practicing,i have a solo during band camp next week…its a test for our choice piece,so the whole band is doing it…

BAND CAMP

so band camp is from 24-29 november…a whole bloody week,ridiculous,and the schedule is the same everyday.practice,eat,practice,break,practice,dinner,practice,solo performance,practice,last parade,sleep…for 5 days…and yeah its that boring…my solo is on the first day,i’ve been practicing quite seriously for the past 2 hours?hahabut i need to pass the test,like seriously,need to. anyway its like 12.52am now…my blogs is screwed,dont follow the time..(i got sailing tomorrow,needa sleep)

anyway,i was doing acolytes again this year-me,joshua R. ,peter,nueman.noah was supposed o do,but he wasnt in singapore…sadly,

anyway,mass was really short,archi’s homily was really short,and they didnt say the prayer to st vincent and prayer for families.

after mass,we all changed to what we were going to wear,i changed into a black shirt,black vest,black pants and white tie.gabriel spiked a mowhawk for me.

we were sitting at table 75,andright behind us was CL,lizzi,celetse and jaime’s table.

then lizzi and jaime went crazy over keagan and wanted to take pictures with him,so we went outside,me,gabriel,keagan,jaime and lizzi,and took photos.

the food portions were really small,i was still kinda hungry after dinner.

then i borrowed joshua chan’s DSLR canon camera,me,ben cher and colin went around to take some pics.damn fun la.I STILL WANT A CAMERA.

we went home at around 1am.lizzi was sitting next to me in the bus and she fell asleep.SHE WAS SMILING IN HER SLEEP! i was like what the hell…

then matthew sent me,lizzi,iggi,peter,colin and dylan home,cos we all lived near church.

today was good,got twilight and a vest today.first i went to Bishan J8 with my mom to try and get twilight,but it was out of stock,then i pre ordered the book “Tales Of Beedle The Bard”, from harry potter.

after that i went to Borders to get twilight,i knew that they had.then i went to parkway  to get my vest for feast day,i know what im wearing already,well almost,so thats ok.

i want to become a pilot,either in the air force or SIA…i love planes,and ships.cool stuff,but its pretty hard to become a pilot,and its worst for me since i have glasses.sometimes,i just hate myself.my appearance.

anyways,i’m getting a lift from the cordeiro’s tomorrow to go to school.i think im like going to get up late or something.

today:teachers day.

Muttons came to my school to wish all the teachers “HAPPY TEACHERS DAY” cos they had a competition on who’s the “bestest teacher in the whole wide universe”, and some guy wrote on to say that a teacher named mrs julianna er was the best teacher.so he won and they came to present her with a trophy.but the highlight was them of course,its not everyday you get to see the Muttons.we see our teachers everyday…

after that we had a class party.we didnt have any concert in the hall cos it was being prepared for the St Patrick’s School 75th anniversary dinner.so class parties replaced it.my cookies finshed first!me and raziv roamed around the school for a while cos it got pretty boring in class,i started taking pics with the school’s Nikon D70.i swear the camera zoom also cannot zoom.the lense is just the basic one that came with the camera.but i took pretty cool shots. 

then we got dismissed and me and gerald went to wisma because there was supposed to be a Topman there,but gerald didnt know it was closed,so i had nothing ot do,cos all the other waistcoats(vests) were like SUPER expensive,and i saw a suit that cost $1890! mad. then we went to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaves,then we sat at the sofa chair thing.damn comfortable. then i kinda fell asleep.on the chair two times for a few minutes,then gerald had to wake me up.

after that we went to meet gabriel at Food Republic and gabriel and gerald had chicken rice and i had beef noodles.not satisfying. we left and i went home and they went to houngang mall.i fell asleep on the bus again,but managed to get up before my stop.then after i went home and bathed,i went to church.

mass pretty ok la.after that i went home…came back an hour ago from running with my dog.he’s sleeping,lazy man…
